I have a 2018 White Hawk 24MBH. The entertainment center is a Furrion FEHS39L6a TV and a Furrion DV3300 multimedia player. The two devices don’t ARC (sense) one another. I checked all HDMI connections etc. Sometimes it will work and 30 minutes later it will drop out and you loose the connection if watching a DVD.
I tried calling Furrion tech support but all I get is the operators voice mailbox is full try calling back later. So I can’t even leave a message for them to call me back. HOW PATHETIC IS THAT!!! Not very good customer service.
Not sure if it is causing your problem or not but I had issues with my home theater setup doing the same thing and it turned out to be a bad hdmi cable in my case
