Furrion Radio DV-3200/entertainment system
Leaves much to be desired. The stereo has no digital input aside from bluetooth. The radio cannot be programmed to a universal remote so controlling volume is a pain, keeping track of that small remote.
It is 2017...unheard of.
Also I seen some post about using the headphone jack on tv to workaround the volume control issue but I get terrible "noise" like hiss/hum via that port to the radio.

Make sure your DVD player works too. Was out last week DVD would not load & spit out. I pulled the unit out to find 2 set screws holding optic drive in place for transport & piece of tape saying "remove before installation" still in place.
Once removed & reinstalled DVD works as expected.

But if you call Furrion for warranty service you'll find it to be excellent. Maybe because they have a lot of practice.

Having read how people had dealt directly with Furrion, I called about mine and Furrion said I'd have to go through Jayco. Jayco wouldn't help and said I had to go through the dealer... so the dealer had my rig for 2 weeks... I suspect that Thor's buyout of Jayco may have changed things some at Jayco and at some of their contracting vendors, as well. So the customer is put second... where... before the corporate moguls stepped in... the customer was first.

I have replaced ours with a Pioneer AVH-X2800BS system and JBL GTO-629 speakers, very good decision.

Does this fit the original hole? I'd love to have something better.

I found this unit on line and found dimensions for it. It will fit because it's smaller. I would have to make an adapter plate for it but that wouldn't be hard to do. I just got mine back from the dealer and it's been replaced with a new unit. I'll keep it until it dies but then it's going to be traded out for a unit like the Pioneer. Yes, I'm lazy, cheap, and old...

Is your camper still in warranty?

So why would Jayco and your dealer not take care of you on it?

Jayco reserves the right to change price and specifications without notice.
That is their position.

The dealer is trying and agrees with me 100%. He is 400 miles away.

The alternative is shutting down their production lines when a supplier changes their specifications, discontinues a item, or experiences delivery issues.

They may have the right to change specifications etc but if they sold you a trailer with a 2-year warranty, they should have to repair anything that doesn't work. However, if you're trying to get them to install an alternate unit that was not part of the original deal, at their expense, that's another matter and a fight you won't win. If you just want it changed out, you should be able to work with someone closer than the dealer so far away. If it will make you feel any better... I agree that the Furrion is a POS... without a doubt. If the new one I got shoots craps, I probably won't worry about the warranty and just get something like the Pioneer or something made by Sony...
Another note about being disappointed... I've added a bunk ladder and spent only one night on that bag of hay they called a mattress. And, I've already spent over $700- on tires just since August. But this is my 3rd TT and I knew I'd be fixing and customizing some stuff, but I hadn't expected to have to eat the expense of new tires... So far we've invested about $1300- in fix-ups to make it the pretty nice trailer that it is now. If I hadn't had to bust it on the tires, I'd probably have that Pioneer unit ordered and installed by now... but that'll have to wait.

Or disclosing the changes to the dealership so they can properly represent the product.
That simple measure would avoid 75% of the issues I have had and we would be discussing simple warranty issues like the fuse, the water heater board, the leaking windows, the drawer that had no "latch" to secure in transit and came loose wedged between slideout where no human can look because the slides come together when in transit mode and until you move it and realize its stuck it destroys the drawer.
Jayco is dead wrong. I may have no legal recourse but it doesn't mean they are in any fashion right.

"The radio cannot be programmed to a universal remote"
I programmed my Vizio TV (replacing the Furion TV), Furion DV-3200 and Direct TV receiver to a Logitech Harmony universal remote. FYI

Perfect I had to use the option for Furrion dv1200 despite having a 3200 but it is working perfectly.
