I have a 2020 JAYCO JAY FLIGHT 31MLS and I bought a Roku streaming stick to watch Netflix. Once I got it set up and was trying it out the sound will not work for any of the shows I try the only one I can get the sound to work on is one of my sons cartoons under his Netflix profile. Sometimes the sound will work under previews and then once you click to watch there’s no sound and sometimes it doesn’t work at all. Thoughts? Advice?
Tv is not on mute btw.

My roku at home has done this (video with no sound) usually if I pause it and hit play again it works fine. Other times I have had to go back to the screen you selected the show from and try again.

Also you may want to check if there is a firmware update (something I haven't done and just thought of while typing)

replace it with a amazon fire stick. No more problems

Amazon fire works great, it's nice to be able to record everything when were outside

It's recast for Ota broadcast. But there are other things on the web that works with fire stick that records anything that goes through the stick. I bought it for the home when satellite dropped channels until they agreed on prices.
