Fuse/Breaker Panel

Today I decided to do some lighting upgrades, so I pulled all of the 15 amp fuses, but the lights still have power. I know I can disconnect the battery, but shouldn't fuses do the same thing?

Confused about fuses

Pic of the fuse panel. The 15 amp fuses are marked for lights.

Looks like that should have done it with all the ones you have out. Something must not be wired the way it should have been I would guess.

Did you try pulling the 30 amp one also? The 30 and 40 should be the ones from the battery and converter I would think.

Thanks, I haven't tried that yet, but I did notice the lights are very dim with the fuses out.
I'm probably not even going to worry about disconnecting the power when I install the new lights. it's just weird.
