fuse keeps blowing

purchased 2014 white hawk 24rbs in march and everything works well except that the 15 amp fuse that operates the water pump, tank/battery monitor and kitchen plugs keeps blowing when we try to use the water pump at the sani dump. it seems that this happens only after we are plugged into the 30 amp breaker at the camp site, since after i replace the fuse at home, the water pump works fine even when the trailer is plugged in. we use a coffee maker plugged into a counter plug while we are camping. any suggestions to deal with this? i haven't contacted the dealer yet but will if that is my only option.

Sounds like a loose connection to me might better see the dealer
