Galley Grey Tank

When it rains it pours....another issue! My galley tank is not draining. Valve is on long cable in insulated and enclosed underbelly so I can't see it but the handle doesn't feel any different, feels like it is working.
Water goes down the drain with no hesitation, could there still be a clog somewhere?

Another thought.....maybe there is some freezing happening? But it feels like the valve is working so could it be ice? I'm in cold Colorado weather below freezing at night, mid to high 30's daytime. Black and other grey tanks are fine.
Here is pdf of my plumbing. Hope somebody has an idea? Only other thing I guess is the valve is bad, I just don't know.......

Yes the number is the length of the pipe. The pipe marked 58 may have a slight belly which is not uncommon and that may have water laying in it which froze.

That would be good if that was the issue, but temps got up to 42 underneath outside of trailer and not even a drop of water comes out.
I'm thinking its the valve and with the schematic I think I can figure out where to cut to access it (I hope). 🤷*♀️

If the valve isn't frozen would water in that pipe still freeze?

Yes, if there is a belly and a small amount of water laying in the pipe.. The valve is protected by the warmer water still in the tank which would take awhile to freeze.

Put a 5 oz cup of water and a 5 gal bucket full outside and see which freezes first.

Not saying for sure that is the problem, but it is a possibility.

I agree with you, I'm just thinking if water was frozen in that pipe which is under the tank and temps got up to 42 underneath the trailer I would think when I opened the valve I would at least see some water dribble out, but there is nothing.
This is why I am leaning towards a valve issue, unless anybody knows anything I can try before I start cutting into the underbelly?
