Get to Bring Her Back Home

Just got the call today, 12 wks to the day after dropping unit off for warranty repairs that it is ready to pick up.

FWIW to those interested, about 7 wks of that time was waiting for a part for the AutoLevel. Don't know which part.

Went in for:
AutoLevel inop, could use all jack manually
Water heater inop, both gas and electric
Antenna issue? Both TV and radio stopped receiving OTA signals
Tongue jack auto retract inop
Kitchen (road side slide) worked, but not straight or level when deployed
Living (curb side slide) roof was getting damaged during ext/ret

If everything is actually fixed I am happy enough although it would have been nice to be under cover at home for the winter.

Cheers

Test everything before taking it home, if everything isn't fixed, document everything and use it till they get the parts then take it back in

Thanks. Everything looks to be in good shape. We will see how it wears.

FWIW:
AutoLevel: sensors wired to controller backwards. Jayco error. Took them lots of troubleshooting to figure it out. Waited almost 7 wks for part that wasn't the actual issue.

Kitchen slide: Upper bracket mounted incorrectly, too high. Jayco error. Had to remove and reinstall bracket and install cable repair kit

Dinette slide: Upper trim protruded too far. Jayco error. Had to remove, trim to fit and reinstall upper trim.

Antenna: Actually had to replace Winegard Air360+ antenna. Part went bad.

Hot water heater: Had to replace thermal cut off. Part went bad.

Tongue jack: Repaired. Part went bad.
