Good word for Jayco

Seems like everyone only posts bad things. I would like to post something positive. I had an appointment with Keystone RV for tomorrow. Only a couple of small items, one of the awning struts doesn't seem to work every time and the Dometic thermostat won't work with a cover on it. Small items but I just like things to work properly. I canceled because in WV we are still asked to stay home as much as possible. The next time slot they had was June 18 so I took it. My warranty expires June 7. I called Jayco and talked to a super nice lady named April. She started a file for me and gave me reference number to use when I take the RV in. Couldn't have been better. Y'all stay safe.

Nice to hear something positive! If I based all my buying decisions for any product based soley on Forum / Online product sites I'd never buy anything! People always post problems and negatives but never the good stuff...

I started with a Jay Feather Trailer, and now I have a 31SS Greyhawk. If I cant find the answers here, a simple phone call and Im getting all the info I need and more. Neither of them were or are under warranty, but Jayco doesnt seem to mind. I realize that I am responsible for any repairs myself, but knowing that there is someone on the other end of the phone that will make sure I am not spending more than I should is great.
