Gray water tank leak

1st trip with our 2007 Jay Flight 19BH. When using sink or shower water will leak off top of gray tank and run off at many locations around rear axle. Most drains into tank however significant amount leaks. Slid under and noticed the top of tank is not visible where drain connects. Found drain pipe inside where it goes through floor to tank however there is no access there either. Will I need to drop tank to repair? What sort of problem might I find? Thanks

A couple of possibilities--there may be a rubber seal that the drain pipe goes into at the tank top, that may be deteriorated, or if the drain is somehow hard-plumbed to the tank, there may be a crack or break. I'm not sure how Jayco plumbs their tanks. (We had a Fleetwood popup with the rubber seal problem.) Maybe someone with some expertise will chime in.
