Grey Water Tank

I have a 2009 Jayco G2 32BHDS and need to replace the 32.5 grey water tank.
Has anyone had to replace said tank on any Jayco TT? I'm looking for a source of supply if anyone knows one.

Thanks

MOHOK

Let us know your location and we can give you more specific answers from people in your area.

Otherwise give Jayco a call and see if they have something and what the cost is.
Do a Google search for Custom Plastic Tanks. You should get lots of results.

Water Tanks, Plastic Tanks, Poly Tanks, Storage Tanks
Custom Plastic Tanks Fabrication

plastic fabrication of water tanks, marine, boat and boating supplies. Rotational molding, piling caps, recycle bins construction and perch preventers.

Cheers

Just curious. Why do you have to replace it? I thought those things would last for decades.

Grey Water Tank

It developed a small crack above and just to the right of the discharge pipe. Might be a manufacturers defect. I just know it will be a PITA trying to get a replacement tank. I think I can handle replacing it. I'm keeping my Jayco just to see what will go wrong next

When I once worked at a RV dealership, they had a special epoxy compound that could be used to repair plastic holding tanks. It's also my understanding that the holding tanks are supported by a flange on the tank. The straps under the tank are only there to hold the tank in position during the trailer assembly process.

I would look into repairing the tank as well. Probably cheaper.

Check out a plastic welder @ Harbor Freight. I would try fixing before replacing you got nothing to lose. JB weld might even work
