Hartland ST tire?

Has anyone used this tire? stopped in at discount tire and they are saying its one of the best tires...? the say the best is the new goodyear endurance... which replaced the goodyear marathon I've heard a lot of negative about...

also is it beneficial to for from a 205/75/15 to a 225/75/15?

Why would they be pushing you into the second best tire?

they showed both but i told them i wasn't found of goodyear tires.

The new Endurance is made in the US.

Hartland is Discount Tires ST branded tire, China for sure. They are Goodyear dealers also they would promote the Endurance tire. Endurance hasn't been on the market but 6-8 months, they are now available most places. Yes , it is USA made. I just mounted 4 new Endurances on my Toy hauler.

As for going with a wider tire, Will it clear everything?

Just because something is made in the USA doesn't automatically mean it's of superior quality. I've been caught up in 2 tire recalls on Ford vehicles. Both sets of tires were made in America. One was Firestones on my '99 Explorer, and the next was Continentals on my '01 Expedition. I never heard of Hartland, either, until today. I got Carlisle tires at Discount Tire to replace the Raniers that came on my TT. They're probably Chinese but their reputation seems to be good. I hope the Goodyear STs hold up and give service equal to the hype they're getting...
