Has anyone ordered a Jay Flight with fiberglass and aluminum walls

So so, why did you chose this option ?

What model Jay flight did you order it on ?

Do you know what the weight difference is between the traditional construction and the fiberglass and aluminum ?

Unless it changed this year, the JayFlight fiberglass option is still hung over wood framing it's not aluminum framed.

I did call Jayco a couple years ago when we were shopping and the fiberglass option added 500-600 lbs I recall on a 29QBH.

After seeing the JayFlight fiberglass siding in person I decided against it. It was Gel Coat or high gloss, to me it just didn't look as good.

Well that is silly ! I thought they were doing it to cut weight.

I don't think there is any intention to cut weight. Jayco is just trying serve the market and folks prefer fiberglass.
