We're heading to Baraboo, WI tomorrow morning for a week of vacation and camping. Looking forward to some R &R and campfires.

The entire family went there back in 1972. I was six and we were in a big tent. I do remember one funny thing about our two week stay. My uncle and 3 others were in a 18ft Banner TT, and I can remember my grandfather telling my uncle to go to the dump station after we were there about week.Well my uncle payed him no attention and after one flush too many he had a heck of a mess on his hands. While watching my poor uncle out there in his then white shoes, my dad turned and asked my grandfather if he was going to help him. Grandpa replied " Heck no! I told the dumb SOB to go dump last week!"

Enjoy your stay there!

Be sure to visit Circus World while you are near Baraboo, if you've not already been there. It's really an awsome place - been there twice and would like to go again.

Have fun and bring some fall clothes, the next few nights will get a little cool. I'm about 30 minutes east of there and it got down to 43 last night.
