Heated pads

My fifth wheel came with a polar package but no heated pads on the tanks.. the sales person said the furnace would be enough to heat everything but it doesn't.. has anyone tried installing their own tank heat pads on a Pinnacle? does this mean i have to rip the whole bottom cover off? Help.. Thanks in advance.

I installed additional heat pads on my Greyhawk and it is easy but you will need access to the tank.
