Help! Advise for TT shipping

I've looked for a tread about TT shipping and couldn't find one so here we go:

If you or anyone you know have used TT shipping services, would you please tell us what company did you hired, would you recommend them? What was the rate per mile you paid and from where to where your TT was towed?

So far the best deal we've gotten on a Flight 28BHSE is in Iowa and would like to know how much will it cost to ship it to So. California.

Your recommendations and suggestions would be greatly appreciated it

Thanks

Have you asked the dealer for his recommendation on who to use?

Yes, but I want to see what other Jayco owners have to say, used, paid and recommendations. I think the dealers have few companies to work with. The shipping company may charge X amount and dealer may increase something for them. Just want to see other options as well

Before you put to much work into this, I'm assuming you are looking at RV Direct in Des Moines. Just be aware you need to physically be there to close the deal and appect delivery, you can't just send a delivery service to retrieve it and bring it to California. We briefly explored this a couple years ago.

As for delivery, Uship used to be a good site to arrange haulers and see past ratings and experience, it might still be I just haven't looked at it in quite a while n

Yes I know I need to there to closed the deal and the PDI. I've read some very bad reviews for Uship that got me concerned; however, I couldn't find a bad review pertaining shipping of a TT

I'd like to if someone in this forum have used Uship lately to ship their TT

Check out Bish's RV in Idaho. They matched a internet price for us and we picked up our TT in Boise/Meridian. Little closer for you and they have a dealership in Twin Falls by the Jayco factory.

road trip!

and you can stop in Bryce on the way back and use it.... and if you get there and it isn't what you expect then you can stop at a hotel around Bryce and chill for a day or two..

I just went to Danville PA to get mine from a private owner... 1100 miles one way.. and I went to San Fran from MNPLS to get my boat... another deal that was too good to pass up... worth the drive both times...

Good luck..
