Help can't get water pressurized

We have a brand new unit. 2021 29bh jayco white hawk At our first electic only site. We have filled out fresh water but cannot seem to get our water pump to work. It just keep spitting out air. We have tried opening all taps to try and let air out but still not working. We dont know alot about trailers as this is our first. What can we look for or do??
Thank you

You might check at the pump for a hose to pump anti freeze into the system. It has a valve if left in the anti freeze position will let the pump pull air and not water from the tank.

You need to post what model in order to get a proper response since each is configured a little differently.

When filling up your tank, be sure to turn on your hot water to blow that air out of your tank and fill it while your at the filling station.
