Help! No lights!

This is probably total newbie question but we just took delivery of our jay flight 28bhs. Get home, plug it in and the main lights don’t work. Worked during the PDI. Some lights do work like bathroom and led awning and dining area but the main ceiling lights won’t come on with the switch under the water pump and heater switches. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!!

On our 2015 Jay Flight, each light in the main ceiling has its own switch. So, the main switch in the panel AND each individual light must be on for the light to work.

No because those other lights work off the battery, so I wouldn’t think that is it.
