Help on Trailer Purchase

I posted earlier and got zero response so will try again.
I am looking at a 2005 Jayco Jay Flight Baja 23 at a dealership. Asking 12500 I offered 11000 and they took my offer. The PDI showed no glaring problems.

Does anyone know about this model, any inherent problems, good/bad points, anything? I am going ahead with purchase because it looks to be a decent buy and my 2002 Avalanche will have no problems pulling.

Thanks for any thoughts.

Welcome to the forum. Cannot recall any problems specific to that model being discussed on this forum. As with all used RV`s, inspect very carefully before buying, with signs of water intrusion/damage being the most important IMO.

I think that most every camper will have things that you'd like to be changed just slightly. Most have quality issues due to the light weight build of them. They are also put through a lot of stresses when going bumping down the road.

Most folks that like to RV a lot, end up being semi-professional tinkerers.

Welcome to the forums.

I have the same camper for a couple of years now. I picked up the same model you have here in Houston. Overall I have been very pleased.
