Wow, umm, where to start. First and foremost, you should pull light fixtures and perhaps pull a panel at an inconspicuous place and try to determine if the roof and/or walls are water damaged or starting to dry rot. Then do whatever it takes to get the TT completely dried out.
There are products you can purchase at or through RV dealership service centers to reseal the roof which are rubber or silicone type of compound you put on. Its really not that bad of a job. Just be very thorough. fix any dry rot you find. Places to look for products online would be camping world or SixRobLees.
