Help! top bunk bed sagging.

I just bought a new 2017 Jayco Jay Flight TT with the bunk Beds. My 9 year old son who weighs 70lbs got up on the top bunk bed but when he did it started sagging by the cabinet side wall. It seems like its not fastened along that divider wall between the bed and the cabinet. Has anyone had similar issues and if so what is a solid fix?

Sounds like it's missing a few screws or nails. A 2017 model will be under warranty. If your close to them bring it in and have the look at it. After your first trip or two, you will find a few other things too.

If they are not close. Pull up the plywood under the matress, and add a few fasteners. Then re install the plywood.
