Help troubleshooting iRV30 Radio

Hello all,
We’ve had our Jayco travel trailer for a couple years now. Today, we tried to connect our phone to the radio to play some music and whenever we touch the dial to adjust the volume, the system keeps saying “reset” and it turns itself off/on again. I’ve already tried removing the faceplate and pressing the reset button but the problem persists. Any ideas?? Thanks!

I am just now having the same issue. Did you ever get a resolution to your reset/on/off issue? Thanks JonF
