Hitch Weight Year by Year

Good day TT owners. I have a query!

Current unit is a 2007 Jay Feather EXP 17 Ex-Port, Brochure spec lists hitch weight at 480lbs.

I was reviewing the available used JayFeather X213 models. The hitch weight by year varies by more than I would assume and wanted to see if there was a reason specific to each year since it doesn't seem the layout changes.

2015: 390lbs
2016: 460lbs
2017: 415lbs
2018: 405lbs
2019: 438lbs

Lastly, would these small changes even be noticeable if you had the TV and hitch set up? I speculate lie hitch weight is more due to my unit only being a single axel?

For my set up 2009 Suburban 1500, no WD hitch now but would get one if I went longer/heavier than my 17c.

Thanks for any opinions/comments!
