Better to have some than none at all. I have foam in that location on my 2010 and just left it alone. If you take it off you’ll be exposing a hole.

I would fill it with more foam. It will keep rodents and bugs out. I keep a spare can in the garage as if anything hits hit too hard it may break off.

After looking under our rig I think the person that sprayed the foam has eye trouble - even though there's a massive amount of foam under there for the most part they missed the holes they were trying to fill. Needless to say, I've been filling the holes as I find them

.......Evidently the same visually impaired guy still works at the factory, it appears he did the foam on my 2020. Cut off the excess, filled the holes and gained 3 mpg.........

I'd tear all of it out and do it the right way. There's a lot of different products that would work. Not sure I'd use spray foam again. To me, that's the easy way out.

Flashman has the right idea. Also get some black pain and sand paper they missed two may be four did not look in back yet. I plan on replacing the foam. I wonder if Jayco looks at these posts Especially the quality control person.

Wow, does Jayco really have quality control people? I bet they get to work from home!
Needless to say, I put crumpled aluminum screen wire ( I didn't have stainless scrubbers or equivalent) in all the holes I could find and foamed them in place. Jayco foamed some to excess and missed more. And somehow foamed a couple and didn't actually fill the hole.
I also went inside under cabinets, anywhere I could get to and filled them with screen wire and foamed them from above. Known as belt and suspenders.

The foam guy's been at Jayco since at least 2017 and when it became Thorjayco they kept him on. Works okay for our trailer, but as soon as inspection shows it needs work I will reinforce the opening with hardware cloth, stainless or copper steel wool, and some type of good filler.
