Hole torn in slide out seal

Looking for suggestions. I was inspecting my slide out seals prior to our last trip for the year and noticed a hole torn in the seal that is attached to the trailer. It is about the size of an irregular jagged Chungking missing from the seal. It looks to me like it won’t cause an issue with leaking but I am wondering if there is a simple way to repair. I was considering glueing another piece of rubber material over the top of the damaged area.

The trailer still has another year under warranty but I am wondering if my dealer will just make the same repair. Thanks,

I had a outer seal tear underneath my rig. My dealer ordered and replaced the whole slide seal under warranty. It was held on with screws on the outside, lots of them.

Not sure about the side seals but it won't hurt to give the dealer a call.
