is the plug out? what do you mean it pours out? if the plug is visibly installed, you most likely have a tank with a large crack in it.

Ok went to check plug it is in and tight... The water runs out of the bottom even with the Styrofoam around it.... Would this also cause there to be no water pressure.

It sounds like water is leaking on the inside of the trailer? Unless there's a water line on the back of the heater broken, it may be that it was not drained, and froze during the winter. If it was full, it probably split the tank, and yes, that would cause no water pressure, especially if you're using the pump. Try bypassing the water heater with the valves on the rear of it, and see if pressure returns.

Thank you we will check that out and very possible... We were told it was still winterized for last year but found out that was not true.
It is leaking in the storage compartment where the water heater and deep cycle battery is at.

If the heater was full of water and it went through a deep freezing temperature, then the heater water tank likely split open. You will need to inspect it carefully and find out exactly where the water is coming from. ~CA

I have heard of tanks being replaced but on a 02, I would look to replacing it with a all new one. Price a replacement for the old one you have.

Main thing is to get the excess water cleaned up and ventilate the area to prevent mold/ mildew.
