Cant seem to locate the water heater on my 2018 24BHWS?? Any assistance would be greaty appreciated. We hooked up to city water and my wife turned on the electric water heater and left it on for about one hour. Suddenly boiling water started spurting out of the kitchen faucet. Not sure what caused the problem. Thanks for ant assistance.
There should be a door on the outside allowing access to the element and thermostat. Square black cover maybe with vents? Where you drain the hot water. On the back.
