Hot water heater help

We bought a jay flight slx 287bh at the end of June. Love it, but now have our issue. We have no hot water. The problem seems to be with the on/off switch inside. The light is very faint and the unit is not lighting. Gas is OK as stove works. Fuses all OK. Don't know what else to try

Have you de-winterized it? Have you used the heater since you've bought it?

I guess I should have mentioned that we have it on a seasonal site. We've used it every weekend since we bought it, sometimes more. I tried calling the dealer service this morning, but they don't work weekends.

Was it working fine then just shut off or did you just turn it on and it not work?

Maybe the ECO (energy cut off). A high temp reset shut-off.

Might just be something as simple as a bad switch.
