Hotwater heater shutoff valve

Just bought my 2018 StarCraft Satalite ks16 brand new!! Aside from the apprehension n excitement; I'm looking forward to hitting the road and meeting new people along the way.. Right now I'm up against the wall in my efforts to introduce prescribed antifreeze; as a precaution.. Owners Bible directs draining n then closing off waterheater valves prior to.. looking high n low and I cannot locate these valves to save my life... Any input; etc is greatly appreciated... Thank- you; sincerely!! Coop

Typically found on the back side of the hot water heater.

To give you an idea of what you're probably looking for, here's a picture I downloaded that's similar to my 26BH. Your trailer is new enough that's it's most likely a 2 valve system (they used to be 3).

In the 2 valve system the water gets redirected in to the bypass line. The 3 valve systems used on/off valves, not "redirecting" valves. The picture should help you visualize the system and see how the flow gets redirected to the bypass line.

note: In this picture, one of the valves is hidden...you can see the bottom one, and the other is at the top, but on the backside of the T.
