For us it's when it's too cold to go outside.

Hi neighbor.

Keep the furnace running inside and you'll be fine.
Congrats Neighbor, from Westminster!

We took our brand new trailer up to Carter Lake this past weekend. It dipped down to 30 degrees for two nights in a row and warmed to high 40's during the day. We did have water in our lines and had absolutely no issues. Everything I've been able to find through this forum or online seems to suggest that prolonged temps between 26 and 29 degrees is a concern. A senior member of this forum recommended to me that I purchase a space heater to operate inside of the camper while connected to power for temperature control as opposed to using the furnace to save on LP. Leaving the cupboard doors cracked helped too.

Good luck and enjoy!
