How do you exactly find out what options....

So besides the obvious upgraded options, how can you tell what additional options where installed when the camper was ordered/built. The dealer didn't have the original paperwork and our sales guy I believe was newer. Does Jayco keep track of what was sold for a particular trailer via the VIN#?

We had the options we chose listed on the original quote, however, that's because we ordered our tt with options we chose. When I call Jayco direct regarding questions/issues with our tt, they still usually ask me for the vin# so they can verify what I have in the tt from factory (built). My guess is yes. Try giving Jayco a call. Hope this helps.

Yes, call Jayco and give them the vin#. All factory installed options will be listed.

Well got the following email from Jayco..

Good Morning *******,

Thank you for contacting Jayco Customer Service.

I have attached a copy of the product literature for a 2007 29BHS Jay
Flight Travel Trailer. The product literature will provide you with the
standard options and available options at the time of production.

I can not provide the options that came on the unit from the factory as
it is proprietary information to the original owner.

Sincerely,

***** ******

Customer Service Specialist

Basically I am trying to figure out if my camper has the "Enclosed, insulated and heated underbelly" package. Is there any way to tell?

Heated enclosed underbelly is simply plastic corrugrated shething that keeps the extra heat from your heat ducts within the framework. It's not an additional heat source, if that's what your looking for. You should also see some black spray foam around sewer and other fillings coming through this underbelly liner.

Was wondering if it was included more for down the road when we purchase our next camper.

I do know that it has a solid black sheet, not sure about the foam since it is still at the dealer's until spring.

Look under the trailer. If you can see the water tanks, you do not have the heated enclosed underbelly. If the tanks are covered up with black plastic covering, you do.

Cool beans...

Looks like our camper had the following options..
Customer Value Package
Diamond-plated panel
Enclosed, insulated and heated underbelly
Linoleum floor in living area
Roof Ladder (love this option)
Spare tire can carrier with vinyl tire cover

TBD Water Purification system and 15BTU AC upgrade..

Still think we got a smoking good deal (prob because we bought the last week in Oct)!
