How do you treat upper window seals?

We have a 23' MRB,treating all the seals with 303. Everything worked well until I started with the windows that have flap covers. I can't see an easy way to release the windows so I can treat the upper areas of the window seals. Thought about using a small paint brush but don't think I can guarantee an even coat. I've been looking at this too long, what solution is staring me in the face?

Remove the screen and apply from the inside with a cloth and the window opened.

Thanks....a great example of looking at only one side of problem. Simple solution which I will implement!!!
