I am not worried too much about damaging the frame in the first place. But, cranking one side down at a time and lifting just that one corner several inches or more could potentially tweak stuff enough where doors or windows may not operate correctly. But even so, fairly unlikely.
Ah, come on and give it a go. Fully retracted place blocks under the stabilizer. Then give that drill a punch and have a friend do the video. I know what you will find because I've tested it.

Ok went to the travel trailer to get the instruction for the BAL leveling scissors jack. On front page right below the pics it is written This leveling scissors jack is designed to: level and stabilize the front and rear of all recreational vehicles by reducing the amount of suspension free-play when parked for camping.---------now just below that under SAFETY WARNING. it reads DO NOT attempt to use this scissors jack to lift excessive weight or tires off of the ground---vehicle frame and door jam damage may occur. Use only stock handle supplied. Do not use cheater bar on handle. Also under safety warning is reads do not use this scissors jack as a tire changing jack. hope this makes things clearer.
