Ours sticks a bit so I jab my thumb about 1" off center at the top, it works 90% of the time. Sometimes I have to stick a flat object in the top, jab at the cover and flip it out using the knife. Even my dealer tech couldn't get it to work but I didn't want to pay for a new cover.
