How to order or purchase Jayco parts?
I need to order some OEM parts from Jayco, such as flexible heater ducting, duct vent covers, and some wood cabinet parts. A squirrel got into my TT and made a mess
Insurance wrote me a check, but I can't get into a TT repair center until October or later!
I'm sure I can fix these things myself, but what is the best way to purchase original Jayco parts? Walk up to a local service center parts counter, or can I order direct from Jayco?
Suggestions?

Jayco won't sell directly, so you'll have to go through a dealer, or any dealer's website. The flexible heater ducting is pretty generic, and available from a big box store, or your local plumbing and heating store. Cabinet parts will have to be ordered from a dealer.

For the best price, the duct work and vent covers, probably best purchased at a DIY hardware store. Maybe Amazon/Walmart (online) for the vent covers.
Cabinet hardware, pending on what you need, and I would assume cabinet doors and the like, really need to go through a dealer, parts reseller, RV junk yard.
There are 3 or 4 resellers commonly posted on this site (forgot there names at the moment).

I just finished repairing heat ducts in my trailer. I used this material to replace the damaged ducts. It’s better than the stuff Jayco used.

Between these two you should find all your stuff; etrailer.com and rvpartscountry.com

Hello....
I had similar issues with my Jayco TT and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this JAYCO parts dealer in Arizona:
ASK FOR: Christina Carnes
Parts Manager
WORLDWIDE RV
4660 E MAIN ST MESA, AZ 85205
480-832-5600
These guys were awesome and helped me to locate a window crank part that I just couldnt seem to find via my local dealer. They were extremely helpful, courteous on the phone and actually called me back when they said they would.
