Ice

I have a 23RB and my grey water tank has ice in it by the valves, best way to melt the ice. It is 2/3 full. Can’t get it to drain . Thanks

Steven

5 gallons of hot water I suspect should work.

A sewer connection back flush might work.

100 to 500 watt light bulb under the tank/valve area will warm up it up. Might take a couple hours.

If its not to cold I would make a brine in a five gallon bucket with water and rock salt and dump into tank, that should take of the ice

Heat gun works great but I DON'T recommend using it around plastic pipes. Please just don't ask how I know.

It would be a two person job: connect your drain hose to the grey water drain, open the grey water valve. Elevate the end of the hose and person 2 fills the hose with hot water. Puts the heat right where you need it.

We have a small catalytic heater that we used when we were iced
Not too close to the pipes
