Insect Screen for Furnace

We recently purchased a Jayco Jay Flight 27rls and we cannot seem to find a screen to cover our furnace exhaust. All the ones we have researched are too large.

You'll need the make and model of your furnace. For example, the furnace in my 2016 Jay Feather is a newer model that did not have a screen available until earlier this year. I spent a lot of time looking, but eventually I was able to track down the new Camco screen for it.

Maybe take a pic and get some measurements to help searching.
I have the 2016 28RLS and this screen (Camco 42144 Flying Insect Screen - FUR 500) fit PERFECTLY without even having to use the springs to hold it in place. As a matter of fact, I'm not sure I can get it back off, it snapped on over the vent.

Here is a link to the one I purchased.

Follwoing up, my furnace is an Atwood Hydro Flame. The manual says it covers model series AFM, AFS and AFL. The exhaust vent on my 23RLSW is 4.75” wide, 6” high, 1” deep. Around the beginning of the year Camco released their insect screen #42155, which fits it quite well. Dimensions are 4.87 x 6.63 x 2.13. I'm happy.

Yeah, I tried that one on mine but it was too tight and would not go on far enough to reach the wall of the camper, which left large gaps for potential insect entry. Had a heckuva time getting it off.

Yeah it was certainly a tight fit. Fortunately mine fit snug up to the plate so no room for bugs to get in behind it. You can see the springs at the bottom, I can't get the screen back off to remove them so there they sit. They were too long/loose to connect.
