Inside access to power cable question 32TSBH or similar

I was posting my 2 cents in another thread when I suddenly realized that I never did actually resolve an issue I had last year. Last year my power cord became tangled in the area where it is stored. After much pushing, cussing, pulling, cussing, and the help of small hands we finally untangled it. I looked everywhere inside to find access to the box where it is stored. Never was able to find a way in! Does anyone know how to gain access to that area? TIA

Spec sheet says the "void" is directly behind the converter. You will have to pull the converter out to get to it. Sorry.. all I got..
