iRV won’t turn off

Hey all I cannot get my iRV to shut off. Anyone have any ideas. Here is what I have tried so far:

- press & hold power button for 60 seconds
- flip off all fuse switches
- turned off power to the camper

My next best idea was to disconnect the battery. Seem like a good idea? Anything obvious to try before doing that?

I don’t see a spot to insert paperclip to do hard reset.

I'm guessing you may have a motorhome. If so, the power is coming from the chassis. You'll have to look up fuse locations for your MH and pull the fuse for the radio. You'll also have to disconnect house power by turning off the 12 volt supply with the disconnect switch.

In that case the power is coming from onboard battery or if you're plugged in to shore power, it'll come from the converter. Unhook shore power and turn off the 12 volt house power. That should kill it.

If that doesn't kill it, you'll have to find the fuse that feeds it. That fuse will be in the converter where the breakers are. The breakers are for 115 volts AC only. It's one of the fuses that will feed the radio and it should be marked as such. There should be a fuse puller in the converter.

Thanks!

I ended up unplugging and plugging back in fuse and that worked!

Pull the fuse, like hopper said.
