iRV6500BT DVD/cd

My new 28bhbe DVD unit makes 90% of my DVDs jump, even brand new DVDs. Any suggestions to fix this issue?

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new trailer.

No suggestions. Haven't tried my DVD yet. Guess I'd better get to that. Thanks for the heads up.

iRV6500BT won't play DVD

Hi
I have a new jayco TT 33rlds the iRV will not play a movie DVD or music CD
I can't get it to see iPod.
The radio works
Speakers all work inside and out

Any suggestions?
Is it possible it was not hooked up right?

When you insert DVD it says loading disc even though it does not sound like it is and then says disc error

Thanks for any help

hummm??

Sounds as though the wiring isn't either hooked up right or a defective unit. My issue is in the process of being fixed. I called the manufacturer of the iRV6500BT and talked to them telling how only 1 in 10-12 DVDs work properly. He had me pull the unit out and check the A/V connection and try again, same issue. Told me to take the camper in and get a warranty replacement. Part was ordered today. Unless you know a lot about electronics, I'd have a service dealer do the troubleshooting/replacement. If you pull the unit out, you will see about 50 wires all spliced together, yikes! I have not tried a CD or an iPad yet, I think I will when my new one gets put in prior to leaving the service center. Hope this helps. Its frustrating not having an installed piece of equipment working.
