Is a Tire Jack Standard equipment? Jayco 165 2011Sport

Can anyone tell me if a tire jack is standard equipment on a 2011 Jayco 165 sport? The wife and I are going to pick-up our trailer from a private owner Sunday. I'll be checking lugs, tire pressure, empty tanks etc. but was wondering because I have never heard anyone mention a Jack. Thanks!

Not even on a motor-home.

There is not even a spare on most motor homes.
There was no spare on my Jayco but I insisted on one as we were towing it from north of Seattle to 50 miles south of Phoenix. Did not need it but I have it.
There was no jack either but I have my own.

Just purchase a 3 or 6 ton bottle Jack and a few 2x6 blocks and a lug wrench. A inexpensive torque wrench is also helpful.

Never heard of a trailer coming with either a jack or a wrench.

That's what I did - after I had a flat on my old TT. Mine came with a spare, but no jack or wrench. Found out the hard way that the ones for my truck were not a good match!

Torque wrench is a great idea, also. Check your owner's manual for the torque recommendations on your trailer. I discovered that some of the "automotive" torque wrenches don't have a high enough setting for my trailer. And a deep socket works much better on the bolts than a lug wrench does.
