Never heard of a trailer coming with either a jack or a wrench.

That's what I did - after I had a flat on my old TT. Mine came with a spare, but no jack or wrench. Found out the hard way that the ones for my truck were not a good match!
Torque wrench is a great idea, also. Check your owner's manual for the torque recommendations on your trailer. I discovered that some of the "automotive" torque wrenches don't have a high enough setting for
my trailer. And a deep socket works much better on the bolts than a lug wrench does.
