Sorry to hear of the problems but very happy to hear Jayco came through for you. Ideally you don't have issues but a huge part of my assessment of a company is how they handle things when a problem does occur. This is good news.

DutchBrad; When I got mine they had installed the cover on the wrong side too, because of my (Dutch) experience I got it right after the first freeze up. I'm sure they have once and a while newby's working in Jayco plant.
