Spent the day removing the caulk and putting on tape. Did the front, bath skylight and the black tank vent. Dodged a big bullet there. I started to remove the caulk on the vent when a hidden bubble popped and a quarter size piece of wood roof was exposed. There was literally a thin skin over a void that could have opened at any time. Also found two places on the skylight that were mostly just laying of the roof, came up with no effort. On the front found caulk over a cut in the skin and rusty staple in the aluminum front. Now all that is safely under tape. Tomorrow, the TV antenna and the radio antenna. I may put off the vents as they are under vent covers and the caulk looks like new.
