Issues Installing Sewer Hose Holder?

I attempted to install the valterra adjustable hose holder to the underside of my 2023 Jayco Jayflight to the right of the dump valve. I got the one side installed and went to the other side, and aparently there is a HUGE DIP on the underside of the trailer so I'm not able to connect the other side directly to the frame. My plan is to buy long screws and nuts to attach on both sides of the frame - but should I be concerned with the "buldge". The underbelly plastic looks to be rivited to the bottom and not screwed, so I would have to find a way to get it unfastened and then find a new way to get it back installed.

Thoughts?

Is there room to install an L-braket across, underneath it by using a floor jack to push it up while installing?

I faced the same issue but didnt want it any lower on brackets. It is installed between the rear axle and rear of camper.

I am not sure about the l brackets. Would this be to hold the “dip” up, or would the l bracket be to attach the holder to it? As of right now I only have the 2 holes drilled in the one side of the frame?

Glad to know I’m not the only one. Googling has me thinking my tanks are falling out….and I haven’t even gotten to use it yet!

I’m going to try one more time with longer bolts and if that doesn’t work then will look to move it down. I don’t have much room between where I’m trying to attach it and the area next to the stabilizers since this rig has the new “quick drop” from Lippert.

I had to put mine before the trailer axles to get it to fit. The tanks are both in the rear and there just was not enough room. Here is a link to my mod post about it.

Yes. I got longer bolts and got it mounted right where I wanted it. Good thing too, because I need to get a second one since both Rino hoses don’t fit in one tube. But now I know what I need and it shouldn’t be so hard this time.
