Installing a new Jack and I was wondering where do I hook the white wire up to?

Black is +12volt
White is Ground or -12volt
Make sure there's a fuse in the +12 volt line

So does the white wire get attached to the negative side of the battery?

The trailer frame is grounded. When I replaced my jack the white wire had a terminal that was attached to one of the mounting bolts. I did the same thing and it's worked for 2 years. You can attach it to the negative terminal on the battery...either way will work.

Like Roadrunner said: "Make sure there's a fuse in the +12 volt line"

Since this is a net new You need to add a fuse in the black wire for the jack. That fuse in your picture is likely for something else. You need to look at the spec for the tongue jack and use the correct size fuse.
The red thing in your picture is an auto reset fuse for the battery itself.

Please if you are not comfortable with electrical stuff find someone who is to help and teach and assist you. You need the right gauge size wires, fuses, shrink tubing and anti-corrosion goop to keep that jack working properly.
You cannot just hookup and forget about it.
We are here to help but some basics are needed. Proper wire strippers etc are lifesavers.

This 15amp circuit breaker will take the place of a fuse. I found out about this upgrade from folks on this forum. Black wire to one post on breaker and a separate black wire from second post to battery.

I don't have my Jayco anymore but my Thor has a Owners Resource page where all owners can look up every system on their Rv and print out everything or download it. If Jayco doesn't have this call them and talk to a tech, He can send you wiring, plumbing all diagrams for your Rv they emailed them to me when I needed them. Also It's always better to use the battery for ground, but it will probably work fine for years connected to the frame unless the screw corrodes or gets dirty underneath. I have broken the ground wire of the trailer twice because of where the manufacture installed it. It's always a good idea to go under the rv and make sure wires are tied up out of the way and Jayco didn't break off the self tapping ground screws like they did on my motorhome. I just welded studs on the frame instead of using self tapping screws like Jayco

What brand jack is that?
Most ground through the mount. You might put a large ring on it and attach to jack mount... or wire to batter ground. Shouldn't matter.
