Jay Command leveling issue

I have a 2021 Jayco Eagle330RSTS with the Jay Commnd and auto leveling system. I am set up on a fairly level lot and have tried twice to get the system to auto level. It goes through the normal sequence of operation and actually levels the camper but will not lower the right rear jack. During the leveling process the jack may only move a very short distance but doesn’t attempt to continue to lower. I have tried to go to the individual jack controls but can not get any jack operation using that feature on any of the jacks.
