Jay Feather 17EXP Floor Soft Spot

We bought a used Jayco Jay Feather 17EXP a couple years ago it had one very tiny barely noticeable soft spot in the bathroom. Over the last two season it has grown from bathroom to just outside the bath in front of kitchen area. The floor creeks and you can feel the metal support beam (areas highlighted in red. Yellow line being the real problem spot. Floor separating from support It seems). When we bought it he did show us a previous water damage spot under a kitchen cabinet by wheel well. This has such remained dry as I’ve checked on it since we’ve owned it. I resealed the whole exterior and have no idea where the leak is coming from. Possibly a bathroom fixture.

Has anyone who repaired their own soft spots or anyone who’s hired someone have a rough idea what you paid to do or have it done? Want to have a general idea what it’s going to cost before I start ripping up floor and investigating further.

Jayd976,
Assuming you fixed your Jay Feather. We are having the same issue, but it does not extend past the door. I just ripped up the floor and it was soaked. Seems to be around the toilet flange. I am thinking how to rebuild it. The tank support steel -angle (view from below) is what I am planning to support 2x4’s running front to back and possibly cross members around the toilet flange, fill any open space with extruded polystyrene insulation and then top with plywood. Paint everything to protect it. What did you do?
Thanks....
