Jay Feather 7 22 BHM Review?

We are brand new to camping and we have narrowed down our choice to the Jayco Jay Feather 7 22 BHM. Can anyone give me any real world advice if this is a good model to go with? My wife and I have one 4 year old daughter which will at some point want to bring a friend.

Also, what should I be paying for this?

Did you ever end up getting this trailer? I'm thinking about buying one and I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on it.

Sorry man, I never did go through with purchasing this model. I completely changed my thought and went smaller with the Winnebago micro minnie 1700bh. The 22bhm is a nice unit and I've check out more than one on the lots. The only one issue I could find was a lack of exterior storage. I've seen some guys order it without the outdoor kitchen and utilize that space for storage.
