Jay Feather Hybrid 17 EX-Port - Thermostat

Hi all,

First post... thanks in advance.

The furnace/heater looks to be wired to the thermostat on the wall opposite the galley area.

It's a Honeywell. Anyone know what exact model number because the unit seems to be dead, even with new AAA batteries .

Or, it looks to be only two wires, so couldn't I just put any old battery powered thermostat there?

How can I test to be 100% sure that the thermostat is the problem? I can't get the furnace to kick on yet because i've never seen the head unit work.

Thanks for any help assessing and diagnosing.
