Jay Feather lock replacement

Hi Everyone,

When I went to get the camper out of storage this afternoon I found that someone broke into our Jay Feather travel trailer over the winter. Overall we are lucky that they did not do much damage, and as far as we know they really didn't take anything. Honestly, there was basically nothing of value in there over the winter and they could not figure out how to remove the TV. Anyway, I am wondering if anyone has had to replace all the locks on their Jayco. The main door lock and deadbolt were both destroyed and I would like to have the storage keyed the same again. Anyone have any idea what a dealer might charge for the parts? I assume they would be simple to install.

Thanks,
Tech98.

Was the door/deadbolt and outside compartments all keyed alike? I wonder if you called the manufacturer of the door lock assembly (Bauer?), and gave the key code you have, and explain what happened, if they could pick out a new door lock assembly for you, with the same code you already have?

I forgot to reply, but your suggestion was a good one. I was able to use the number on my key and go onto Bauer's website to order a new door latch and lock assembly. Easy to install and now it is like new.

Thanks,
Tech98.
