Jay feather x213 water under slide.

Is it common for the plywood under the bed to get wet from rain dripping onto the slide out ? Noticed soon as I got it home from purchase place.
Bottom right front towards head of bed was wet. Spoke to place of purchase and all they did was put small amount of sealant.
Has anyone else had this problem from the get go?

Not sure if it's common but it's not good. If it doesn't stop your floor will end up like mine.....Click image for larger version

You've already taken it back to have it corrected. IMO, they've acknowledged the problem by trying to fix it.

Can you dry it out to be sure what they did actually worked? Keep on top of it to be sure it is corrected!

Did the dealer write up a service request for this and supply you with a copy or did they just do a quick hope its fixed job. You want to make sure this is documented so that Jayco has a record in case of problems later. I would keep a close eye on that area, unwanted water is not your friend inside the TT, this equals rot and or mold.

They didn't document it as I just checked the invoice for other items I had them install the day I brought it in. I will call and ask why it wasn't reported. Been letting it dry out to see if it returns.
